ABOUT ASHLEY
Ashley Mahecha-Payan brings a combination of real estate, mortgage-industry experience and design perspective to The Payan Team.
As a licensed Florida real estate professional, Ashley works with clients through the buying and selling process while drawing on experience from the mortgage side of the business. That background gives her an understanding of how financing considerations can affect a buyer’s search, a property’s marketability and the path from contract to closing.
Ashley also studied architecture, developing an interest in layout, functionality and the way a home can be transformed. That perspective is particularly useful when looking beyond finishes and helping clients think about how a property works for their lifestyle or what it could become.
Her role within The Payan Team brings another point of view to each transaction: one that considers the home, the financing and the potential of the space.
